The Diageo Pension Plan is a defined contribution scheme which is set up under a master trust with Scottish Widows since 3 April 2018. Prior to this Zurich was the master trust provider. More information can be found by clicking on the menu options to the left of this page.

As a new UK Diageo employee you are eligible to join the Diageo Pension Plan (DPP). You will be automatically enrolled into the DPP in your fourth month and if you satisfy the following criteria. are not already in a workplace pension scheme; are aged 22 or over; are under State Pension Age;
